Just to let you all know, I saw on the news tonight that they said they might lower the lake 30 more feet. I have never been on cumberland, I have been going to dale hollow for the past 10 years. I live around pikeville and we have always just went to dale. I just want to say I hope it doesent hurt the FISH and for all of you good people that fish the lake and give great info. I wish you all the best of luck, and maybe things won't get to bad. I also think sometimes we (us fishermen) including big fat ME, worry to much about fishing and saying oh my gosh, what are we going to do if we have to give up some fishing spots or can't go up a cove, creek or might have just have to cancell a trip because of the lake circumstances. I am trying to think as a non die hard fisherman, and what would happen if the dam failed, loss of life, loss of cities and loss of lake, because I just have to admit more times than not I have a tendency to overlook the important things.
