be prepaired what ever one you decide to get you find out whats loaded into it, being the program that covers the area you will use it in. those are all exspensive extra's. Mine has all the lake s I use the best feature is being able to stay in the middel of the creek or body of water, when heading out in a dead fog. other nice feature they will show you your creeks, docks, and a trail of where you have been to get you back if u get lost.
dont think you can use one to pin point a stump or attractor, unless within 60 feet is ok, this feature is mis leading to a lot, and lastly when you decide on the unit you'd like look for it on ebay good luck
I have the H20 with Fishing Hot Spots and it is one handy little deal.
I have a Garmin 76S and hate it. It will be picking up 6 strong satelites one second and I drift 10 feet on KY Lake and then get the famous "Lost Reception". Does it all the time. It works great at Dale Hollow believe it or not but stinks at Ky Lake and Barren. I have Hot Spots loaded in it and love the maps when it works, WHEN IT WORKS.
I am leaning towards the H2O.
I researched a few years ago. This site came in handy.
