Going to the Taylorsville area on Wednesday to try my luck, probally doing most of my fishing around the tailwater. Anyone got any current suggestions?

So today was a bust. First went to the tailwater, corps had the the dam open about 1/10, and judging by the dingy water, the water was coming out the bypass. This meant that the water was being pulled from the top, not the bottom, of the lake, and that the water would be much colder than the tailwater usually is. It was, and nothing was biting. I would actually be suprised if anything was up there. After about an hour, I drove out to the lake to see about some shore fishing. The lake looked impossible, dingy, murky, trashy, and most of the shoreline was still icey. I would hold off on any T-ville fishing for a while.
