Cumberland Ramps update

is the official site that lists the useable ramps. They list Halcombs as useable right now. I thought they were closing that one until August due to construction?

I saw a post about USACOE having to keep min of 10 parking spaces open for public use. Only bad thing is they schedule blasting at noon and you have to move out of lot. supposedly they are not working on weekends. maybe someone else on here can confirm.
