Who are you picking to win and why?
Mike Ike! After his fantastic angler of the year last year I believe that he has the momentum going in his favor. Confidence is 90% of fishing and he has alot of it, and for good reason. GO MIKE!!
I'll take KVD, he's a great all-around fisherman.
I am going to try to go down on Saturday and Sunday. It is 3 hrs from my house. I think it will be fun. Never been to something that big before.
Shawn
I'll take Greg Hacney. I like Ike too but he's already been chosen.
I'll take Gerald Swindell. Alabama boy who is always consistent, former angler of the year and is ready to win the big one! Let's go G-Man
I'll pull for the other Kevin cause he's from here.
Ike 1st KVD 2nd Kevin Wirth 3rd
Of those mentioned already, I think maybe Ike has the best chance.
I think this will be a tournament that will not be won by power fishing techniques, and we have seen how the "G-man" melted against Lucke Clausen in UMF and using ultra light fishing...LOL
I am thinking it may be time for Aaron Martens to pull out the win and not be the bridesmaid.
Danny
Very good point Danny, but I think with the warming trend this week I believe the winner is going to catch largemouth shallow. I think anybody finesse fishing for spotted bass won't have enough weight to win. The winner is going to have a mixed bag, but you must have a couple of quality largemouth to win IMHO.Of those mentioned already, I think maybe Ike has the best chance.

A. Martins is my choice....
