I have an Okuma Rod Rack ABS plastic that holds 16 rods and reels. Blue in color. Anyone know where I can get these at a decent price? I paid around $19.50 plus shipping.

Not sure about the Racks but one of the guys at the Expo has Okuma Reels for very cheap and has links to the company.. I can hook you up to him and maybe he will be able to help you get one.
