Hello Billy:
it was a warning. I knew they would not be back in 4 hrs. what they did not say was they had their trucks and trailers sticking out into the traffic lane on the ramp and were in a 5 min loading zone. We let fisherman use the boat rental lot across from the guard shack during the winter to park their trucks and trailers so they will not have to walk so far. the ramp area is off limits year round. there is a large 10ft x 15 ft sign across from the guard shack stating "no trailer parking allowed on the ramp."
