At the advice of Bob Coan, we had the breakfast at 11am instead of earlier that morning so we could get some time in before the wind.
The best fishing Sat morning was from about 6am until 6:30 then the wind took over. So it wasn't worth 20 bucks to miss out on the fish we caught Sat morning. Shoot if we'd waited until 8am most of the folks that caught some fish would'nt have.
If you feel like we owe you something, please send me a bill.

I, personally, had a great time and it didn't have nothing to do with getting in a tourney.

I'll be back in in December for sure but will not participate in the tourney.

Respectfully.

Hey Billy,
That wind was wicked. I ended up zeroing in the BFL with about 99 other boaters. I think that there were 57 boaters that had fish and only 30 co-anglers.
It was indeed the toughest tourny I have fished in a while. I never even had a bite.
The weekend before I found a place were I could catch those green fish on a jig and thought that I would have a good tourny. But all you have to do is wait a week and our lovely weather will change and stick it to you.
Later
