I want to thank everyone for all the info concerning Reelfoot Lake. I will not be taking my boat now. We may decide to just go to Dale Hollow instead.

Hey Bigboy,

I did not see your original post, sorry, but from what I understand, you can rent the appropriate type boats at Reelfoot, and I hear the fishing is great. I'm like you, I would not put a fiberglass boat in that body of water. I am guessing you have fiberglass. If you have aluminum, I'd not worry too much.

I'd love to try ReelFoot, although I hear it is really loaded with Crappie and Bream, which I don't fish for. But I also hear there are a lot of nice Bass there too.
