    Re: Flourcarbon Line

I use to use P-Line exlusively but now I have switched to Vicious fishing line. I've compared it with P-Line and the Berkly Flourocarbons and it by far has the least amount of memory. I have also noticed that it doesn't get as much twist on my spinning gears and love the way it feels on my crankbaits on my baitcasters.

I use the Vicious Flouro and the Ultimate, its on every rod I have. All 14 of them.

    Re: Flourcarbon Line

Here is my two cents worth, which is about all it is worth 2 cents.

I really like the Spiderwire Braid the best but it can cause problems sometimes so I kind of shy away from it anymore. (could not fish one day because it kept freezing up on the reel)

I use P-Line 20 or 25 lb test line on my jig and worm rods ONLY, during the summer months. I have changed my line type for winter as of this winter I use Suffix it is smoother and limp when it is cold. I am 6'4" tall and 250 lbs and I use a 7'6" heavy jig rod and a 7'2" worm rod and I set the hook HARD and the P-Line has performed well for me. Of course i fish by feel not a line watcher.

On everything else I use Excel line 10-14 lb, it is cheap and strong. I can change it often so at about $10 for 1200 yds it is worth it to me.
