Interlake property opening in April !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey all ,
Just wanted to let everyone know that the DNR is going to open the Interlake area to walk-in fishing & mushroom hunting in April . Here is the web site ....

This is the pits and property east of Lynnville off of SR 68 . I drove the new road they have made last month it is very nice . Please vist the web site for rules before heading up there to fish . Its really nice to see the state using some of the money we sportsman pay to get some new property for the public , and PLEASE everybody if you go dont leave trash { bait containers , soda cans/bottles , ect . } and respect the game laws .

Well I guess everybodys fired up about the new lakes opening next month by the amount of postings . Im going so more for me !

I still need to get the boat out of the garage and put new grease in the lower unit and make sure that everthing is ready to go fishing. I would be more fired up if there were a good road there and a concrete launch ramp. My boat is way too heavy to carry though the fields.

I am sure that there will be some guys up there fishing when it's open. We need more lakes to fish in this area so it's great to see a new State Lake opening up for the general public.
