Bucks with head gear in April ?

Just saw a buck in my back field and he still has one side of his rack still on, has anyone ever seen bucks still with antlers this late, last year I saw, probally the same one, as he looks familure, with antlers on, is this uncommon or is the global warming thing affecting the deer. I always thought they dropped of in Jan and Feb. Strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a buck near my house last year that had both sides still on in Mid-March That is the latest I have seen. I thought it was very unusual, but don't know what causes it.
