I've only fished this lake 2 or 3 times,The last time was about 3yrs. ago.I'm going there Sat. to bass fish ,any suggestions for this time of year ?

Yes, if you're going there on a weekend, get there an hour or so before first light so you can be 15th or so in line at the ramp.

I've only been once this year and did'nt get bit. I like to start with Cranks and Jigs but like I said I did'nt get bit..Good Luck.

Overall great lake as far as #'s of fish per acre...Try some shad raps and Jig-n-pig combo's, if no luck then try a tube jig in shallow around cover. Don't by pass the chance to get something early on a Top water Pop R' and a buzzbait maybe... Single bladed white spinnerbait with a #4 size willow leaf blade.

Fished Guist Today, 3 Tourn.s Going On,lots Of Boats. Water Temp. Around 60/62 7 Bass Biggest 1 Right At 5# 2 Over 3# 1 Other Keeper All On Tubes.
