Personally I'm gonna stay home and fuss with momma. This front should throw a wrench in the works for some time to come.

My boat is getting covered up for about the next two weeks. I've already planned on a honey-do list for next w/e. The hardest part of this cold front will be to wear a jacket over the sunburn that I got last w/e!!!!
Delivering my wife and daughter to your neck of the woods this evening. Meeting the inlaws at the Cracker Barrel in Lagrange and the girls'll be going home with them. Me, I'll be fishing every day after work the rest of the week and all day Friday. It'll be cold, but I'm a macho guy and will be mostly just whining. Bet I don't get reduced to tears but a few times by the weather.
My kind of weather--going to CEDAR in the am--those fish will still bite![]()
Already have plans to hit the stripers this weekend. Probably will stick with the plan. I'll let you know Monday if I should have stayed home and made plugs/jigs or went out and fished them.

Ill be fishin , a little cold weather never hurts
Man got pounded here this afternoon and still raining at 9:15 pm. So much for my drainage work I was trying to get done before it hit....My 18" deep 10' long hole is now full of water. wonder how long it will take it to drain on down into the ground....
Jim is your wife from here in Oldham County????Delivering my wife and daughter to your neck of the woods this evening. Nah, she's from up in Ohio. We just met in Lagrange cause it's sorta halfway between her parents and our house.
A bunch of years ago, was around 1994-5, we were fishing Dale in the middle of April and we awoke one morning to a pounding rain/sleet mix, more sleet than rain. It slacked up a little bit and not wanting to be outdone by the weather, we put on all the clothes and a good rainsuit and went out in it. Had one of the best days I can ever remember having on the lake. Now I won't tell you that I wasn't pretty darn miserable at times that day, but man, catching fish at the rate we were sure does make you forget about being miserable for a while. Knowing I could get a nice, hot shower when I got back in didn't hurt anything either. Hate driving in wet clothes
