I just bought a Johnny Morris reel and the side plate fell off into the water on the 3rd cast.I am going to try to take it back to the store in IN but since it is an older model but bought new less than a month ago I don't know how they will handle this. I called their 1800# and this is the info they gave me to send it back if need be.
