What kind of shape is the launch by the dam like, could I launch a pontoon down there and have room to park it I have some bad legs and hill climbing is not on my list of things to do. I also love to fish on the river what shape is the river in high or low we have not been down yet this season due to my dialysis but we are ready to break the cabin fever. my grandaughters love the trout creek, and the 8 year old loves fishing for the slots in the river, she was hooked back in November She and her mother caught and released more than 20 fish in three days of fishing, all in the slot and kept a total of 10 fish 5 under and 5 over the slot one was a 24 inch brown and one a 25 rainbow that was very long but very light it tipped the hand scales at around 5 pounds it appeared to be a female and it's belly was very lose could she have just spawned. Here is another question, my grandaughter ask me and I had no clue so maybe some of you folks know do the fish, trout released in the river have spawning runs and reproduce on thier own, and if they do, do they die afterwords like the wild salmon up north do?
