    Still here

Just wanted to let you guys and gals know I am still tracking what is going on back in Kentucky. Getting mad that I am missing out on all the good fishing that is going on back home. But I will be home soon.
I did get home last month, give the boat a big huge and visited with the wife, between the trips to the local lakes.
Got a fishing report that would like to post. Camp Taji, Iraq Pond. Carp or something that looks like one, is hitting on Corn or Sugar Frosted Flakes on the bottom. No size to them yet, but know I will a get "Big One" one evening. Good numbers being caught right now any time of the day.
If any one is interested, we have openings, now for guided trips. Must be willing to stay for a year on one of these trips. Equipment you need to bring: Helmet, Bullit Proof Vest, a BIG jug of Bug Repellent, Safety Glass's, and Ultra Light Rod and Reel, small amount of tackle needed. No need for all that fancy stuff. You can get the corn or frosted flakes out of the mess hall for free so you dont need to bring bait. Free room and board any time of the year. The rooms have out door plumming, and the food is great. We even have our own uniforms for you to wear, there free also. But do expect warm to hot weather, and very little rain right now. If you would like to book a trip, please E-mail me and I will get you in touch with one of our Reps back in the states. Note: You will be required to take a 6 month training class.

It sure feels great to know that I have a place to fish in the afternoons now in Iraq. That first fish sure looked good. I well send Pictures when I get that "Big One"

    Billy

Pass on the guided trip, I'm allergic to kevlar, and they don't want old dudes like me anyway. From a veteran, thanks for your service to our country.

Stay positive and come home safe. In the meantime I hope you wear them bugle mouth bass out.
