Fished Nolin out of Wax yesterday. Water is stained to murky depending on where you go. The dirtiest water is right around Wax. Go up or down river a few miles and it gets clearer.

Temps were in the high 50's up river, and mid to high 60's out on the main lake. Water is probably 6-7 feet below summer pool.

One note of caution: There is A LOT of stuff floating with the water coming back up. Be very careful when running. I had to avoid several good sized logs.

Midwest had a tournament yesterday, and it took 16 pounds to win, so there's some good fish being caught.

I didn't find any of those good fish, I was too busy fighting with the little fish.!!! We probably put 40 bass in the boat yesterday. 1 over 15 inches, and the rest were slots/short.
