Directions to White's Bend Ramp

Can anyone help me with directions to White's Bend Access Ramp on Cordell Hull - I can get to Gainesboro no problem. I'll be coming from Burkesville KY down TN 53. Looking for some big rockfish and strictly catch and release. My first time on the Hull so if any shallow water warnings etc. would be appreciated. it's also just as easy for me to fish the near the dam so if anyone has any reports as to where the fish are I'd appreciate that too.
