looking for a small used motor

I need a small motor to mount on a 14 foot jon boat had a merc 9.9 on there but some one needed it more than I did one night down at the campground.
looking for anything from 5 to 15 horses and I am working on a budget here, other wise I would skip down to the boat sales down the road and pay 2500 for a 5hp. give me a post if you got one I live near Barren River Kentucky, Glasgow (south central)

i have a mid 80's 4.5 johnson that runs good but need some things fixed,pull rope gear broke and choke knob is missing,the main thing is the drive shaft,it wore down where the waterpump housing seals to it and it will overheat because the water squirts out around it instead of all going to the block.

Pretty sure it's an 83 or 84 mod.was my bankpole boat motor and i don't do it anymore.I was told a machine shop could build up the shaft and re turn it but i'm sure there are plenty of used ones around probably.
