Why generate in the day

It is beacuse of power consumption peaks during the day and the dam has a contractual obligation to provide enough power to the grid. The power they generate cannot be stored so they have to generate when the power is needed.

one issue is getting water from CL out, its not any different if they let it out or generate the current is there. You wont ever see anyone navagting the river after dark, in the
area between the dam and celina tenn. a few locals may coon hunt it for short distances. any rains above the dam are going be pushed out asap.

they (core) mis lead lots of people during catrina, and not much has changed just slow walking us again!
