When I put in a transducer in about 3 years ago, Lowrance recommended Devcon Plastic Welder. I bought some at Walmart and used it as directed and have not had any problems. Make sure there are no bubbles in the epoxy under the transducer or they will screw up the signal.
Any two-part epoxy should work. I used what I found at Wal-Mart on the last one I installed - no problems! Just make sure you prep the area really well. Have fun!
Pretty much any 2 part Devcon epoxy will work. I just used something called 2 part marine epoxy sold at walmart in boat equip section. It was 3 or 4 bucks, but worked nice. It cures to a nicelooking light grey gloss. Just don't get 5 minute epoxy. Mix slowly to minimize bubbles and pour into place.
Thanks guys,

DaveR,
I used the 5 min epoxy and yet to have problems. Sounds like you have. Should I redo mine or leave it alone..........?
I've been told to take playdough and make a pocket a little bit larger than the transdcer, fill it with epoxy and set it in ,it will not spill everywhere and not as much chance to get bubbles?
