how difficult and legal is it to pull tandem. I am buying a 27' TT at a very good price and would like to pull my 18' tracker behind it. I would be under my towing capacity by about 1500lbs. withoug gear. NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET! Thanks, Shaner
