    Re: taylorsville

All Im saying is it fits my style of fishing so therefore I like the lake, I have only had a handful of days over there that sucked the rest were good COMPARED to everyone else. Its not a lake where you can take a TX rig worm and flip it up on the bank and shake it a few times and set the hook, never will be, so therefore ALOT of people hate it because thats how ALOT of people fish. The fact is look at the shocking surveys, the fish are there just as populous as nolin or rough or green just harder to catch....and thats the way I like it.

So do you win most of the tourneys you fish there it sounds that you have completely figured them out? I agree with you on the doing different in a heavily fished lake and I don't just go up there and shake a black power worm three inches from the bank, LOL. I've had outstanding days there before, but Dude if you are catching five good keeps everytime you go to Taylorsville we need to get you some sponsors.

if i could get 3 good keepers on a consistant basis i'd fish every tournmnt i could there,i'd get money more often than not,i know a lot of good fisherman who fosh the tnt and monday tournaments weekly and they aren't that consitent,i do catch a lot of fish just not big ones.a weightless plastic and modified crankbait in the timber work well for me but i don't like to work that hard when i know i can go a little farther and get some good ones at green or nolin, preference in that order.by the way has anyone noticed how good green is getting again?think the fact all the tourneys for the most part abandoned it for a few years?Hey king like they said if you are that consitent i'd be burning them tnt's up and hats off to ya.

I have not been on Green in a couple of years but, I have heard that it is making a great come back. Same with Nolin. A few years ago it was very difficult to catch fish but now if I don't catch 30 it is a bad day. Not all of them are huge but they are still pretty good. With that said all fish are good some are just better than others. Ryan.
