Friday Night Barren Anyone?

I was thinking about heading down to Barren Tonight. Did anyone fish last night or Thursday night for Hybrids? I was just curious if they are hitting now cause I have a 3 hour drive and I am taking a new Fisherman and would love to do good to get him hooked.

We went did a little bank fishing and I got into some yellow and white bass I did see several boats heading up into beaver creek at dark got to believe they are after the hybrid,

Fished Weds thru Sat nights. Weds was the best night. Boated 4 hybrids and a 4 lb LM on jointed topwater plugs. Next night in same place and no fish. Found fish on the shale banks. Shad started after 11 and fish slowly moved in 12:3-1 and quit around 3AM Water temps were 75 on Weds and 71 last night(lots of rain). Caught at least a couple every night and several blow-ups as well. Biggest fish were all 8-9 lbs(all 4 Weds. night), the rest 4-5. Lost at least 3 that were bigger than any we landed.
