Friday night at Wax

According to rule #5 for the Day's Friday night tournaments. Can anyone tell me why fish were being weighed that were being brought to the scales in bags with no water in them? Kinda hard on the fish , don't ya think?

Well, don't keep us guessing, what did the tournament people say at the ramp on Friday night when you complained about it to them?
