Thanks Dave Stewart and Jim Dicken!!!!

Over the past year Jim has help my 15 year old son in his Youth Tournaments (FLW and BASS) getting some info on the different lakes he fishes. On Neely Henry jim put us in contact with Bobby Bright and Reed Montgomery. Last week I contacted him about Lake Barkley. He contacted Dave Stewart and Dave took time out of his busy schedule to talk me through the map of Barkley and explained how to fish the flowers and the buck brush.
We went down to prefish Friday and every spot Dave put us on there was a Stren Pro setting on or they would come in and we would give it up to them. We did hit a few and by the end of the day the boys felt pretty good about the next day. They took what Dave had said, tips from a couple of Pros they talked to on the water and wove it in to their own style of fishing.
I had 2 boys in the boat Kyle Raymer and Jake Heibert.They were fishing the KBF Youth Tournament. Kyle had 5 fish that went 9.77lbs and Jake had 5 fish that went 9.61 lbs. Kyle came in 1st and Jake 2nd. That was the only limits brought in.
So I want to thank Dave Stewart for thier great tournament.

Both are great guys. I have known Jim for a long time and he has the best interest of the kids at heart. Dave I have not met face-to-face, but have talked to him on the phone and by e-mail.

BTW, I am interested in the Jr. Clubs so I sent you a private message, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats to Kyle and Jake thats Great. I know the Raymer Boys have been workin with their Dad trying to make a better fisherman of him LOL. All kidding aside Great job young men!

Congratulations to Kyle and Jake!! Glad I could help out, the kids are the most important part of our fishing future. By the way, I took some of my own advice and a good friend (Greg Paschel) and I took on some folks from another website in a challenge tournament on Saturday...(first tourney I have fished in many, many years and no I am not going back to tournament fishing)...the point of the tournament was that if Greg and I won we would give the prize money to Trooper Island to help send more kids down there for camp...I am happy to announce a few more kids will be going to Trooper Island. Thanks Greg for being my partner and thanks to the folks that took our challenge.

It is great when a plan come together, and for the kid's. I enjoy helping kid's more than anything, and to do it by catching fish with a good friend makes it that much better. It is alway very enjoyable fishing with you Dave, and I learn so much everytime I'm in the boat with you. Maybe some day I will be able to teach other's how to catch fish as well as you, and I am willing to be you fishing partner anytime. Putting a smile on a kid's face is priceless
