Fished a mid-west torney there Saturday and couldn't buy a bite all day. Out of 10 boats only one fish was weighed in what a heck of a day, this lake seems to get harder and harder every year. 7 year old son was beggin to go out on the new boat so decided to go back to the lake on Sunday but not for bass. We ended up finding a nice little honey hole full of crappie. He had a blast, by the end of the 4 hours we fished he was up on ole dad 17 to 13. Mom was haggin in there with 7 of here own. Over all the day was nice to be able to get out and spend some time with the family.
