My buddy and myself fish in Fishers of Men. We use my boat and my truck. Gas (truck and boat) is split down the middle as well the entry fee, hotel room etc. He catches big fish, I get half the pot. and Vice versa and the same goes for catching the most weight. The way I see it it is my boat and my truck and I enjoy fishing the tourneys and I also enjoy my boat with my family. I don't think it is his responsibilty to pay for my boat or my truck. I am just grateful to have a good partner that I can trust and not to mention can catch a few ever once in a while. Heck most of the time we never win a nickel but the experiance is 3/4 of the battle. Anyway charge what you want. After all it is your truck and boat, however good partners are hard to come by.
