    Trotlines

Anybody else been running there lines? We have caught 19 over the last 2 days. A 30# spoonbill, 25# blue cat and a bunch of white cats and a few channels. We put five of them including the big blue cat in a farm pond and kept the rest for eating. The river has fallen over the last 2 days about 3 feet so hopefully it won't slow em down a whole buch.

We got 13 more this morning, we put 6 in a pond and cleaned the rest. I have about 6 more ponds I am going to put fish in, I am putting about 5 per pond but I have one that is about an acre that has nothing in it so I am going to put about 20 in it after we put some blugill in there for them to eat.

My buddys fahter-in-law took the spoonbill, but I have heard they are really good eating. I took my line up Sunday and we ended up with 40 cats and a spoonbill. Fifteen of the forty ended up in 3 different farm ponds and the rest got cleaned. I can't run em for a few weeks since we are going to Cumberland this weekend and to Tims Ford in TN. for Memorial weekend but when I get back from there I will have them back out.
