if you click on the post at the bottom it should have a little edit post for you to click on,it will let you edit and have a place that says reason for edit and then click save and it wil change the post.

I have a post on the Tournament Board and wanted to add some more info to it. The posting rules listed at the bottom left corner of the page says you may edit your posts. I cant find anything to link me to it so I can do that. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply CTFSHWHISKER. I still cannot figure out how to do this. I single & double clicked with my left and right mouse button all over the page I posted this question on and never seen that option appear. I went to my user CP and checked for options that I might not have turned on and didn't find a specific option for editing a post. Is there a time limit window for editing a post?
Thanks,

I just replied to your post and noticed an edit button at the bottom of the
page next to the reply with quote and quick reply buttons. I don't see that button on my other posts. This tell me there must be a time limit on the editing. Is this correct? Also I edited this qoute just to see if I could and it worked.
Thanks,

i guess so i went to the crusade post i had edited to add something and the edit box was not there so i guess you get one edit or there is a time limit maybe.
There is a time limit for editing your posts, I think its 30 minutes or maybe one hour after the original post. After that the EDIT selection goes off and all you can is is make a new post and cite the original post you want to edit.
Thanks Grumpy. I believe you are right. I cant edit the post now that I was able to edit about 45 minutes ago.

You can't edit after a set number of minutes. May be 30.
