i guess i have to eat crow then,sound like the kinda crappie i caught at toledo bend,i caught 2 on an 8in lizard,got my crappie jig pole out ith 6lb line and they would break it so i used my bass rod with 12lb and jigged them from shallow brush piles during the spawn.
