Hey Jeremy, I am sorry for your mis-fortune with the trolling motor release line but I want to thank you for your post about it. Because of your post, I checked mine today when I went to Rough--sure enough it was frayed and it would have be just a matter of time before it broke. I got through today alright but I will replace it before I go out next time. Thanks again.

BTW, North Fork was 74 to 78 degrees and heavy green stain in most places. Caught one bass about 18 inches and several dinks. I enjoyed it until I couldn't find any more shade and then I went home.

Glad I could help out. As Bob Barker always says, "Remember to have your pets spayed and neutered and check the rope on your trolling motor" Ok, maybe Bob never said the part about the pets, but I did find out the hard way about the trolling motor rope.

I was in E-town Tuesday for my mandolin lessons and went by the boat place and got some replacement - Now I'm fixed and ready to go with an extra rope in the box just in case

Since you're just over in Radcliff we should get out on the water together sometime. I usually fly solo.

Jeremy, thanks for the invite. I think we could get together and fish Nolin or Barren without either of us going out of our way too much. But, I am going to be very busy until after the middle of July (annual fishing trip to MI week after next; Dr. appointments and a couple other things when I get back; then a family reunion in Mid July). I'll get back with you when things settle down AND COOL OFF!!
