An old man I used to work with from Winchester said he was in charge of the diesel and gas tanks when they built I-64. He said that for several nights straight, gasoline was stolen. Then he pulled a switch on them and put the gas in the diesel tanks and diesel in the gas tanks. Next mornin he noticed several cars broke down on the roadside.
I'd love to have seen the thieve's faces that night.
