That sounds great! I live on barren and haven't heard about this. My Grand Dad and Dad talk about catching them before the lake was impounded. The last one my Dad caught was shortly after Barren was impounded, below the dam. It weighed 8lbs. I've got some pics of it. The river also used to have Musky in it before it was impounded, they're below the dam but not above.
