    Last Stupid Question-for Tonight Anyway

I'm screwed. Momma saw one, I explained what it was, and she wants one. Who am I to argue. Anybody got any leads on a smallish Gibson houseboat? Old is okay if maintained well. I got no use for dual engines, single prop preferred, diesel is fine. Alternative is a houseboat, say 40-50 foot range or close to that, outboard or inboard, and old is fine if its in good operatrional shape. Now don't spread this around, cause Hurricane Bob prefers the wind to his heels and the rain in his face. But, if you know of or got one that you wanna turn lose, give me a shot with some Jpegs, descriptions, and price.

    Email is [email protected].

Again, don't be telling everybody I turned wimp.....if momma is happy on the lake, then the Hurricane will continue to wail!

I am not sure that they are still there but there were 2 very nice condition house boats docked down at the Penninsula dock on Barren River the smaller one was in the 40 to 50 foot range and has been docked there for a while and the boat is alway well maintained I think the owners last name was Butts, no I am not pranking you give the dock a call and I am sure they would know if the boat is still there and on the market.

God I can't wait for something nice like this to happen to me....I'd love to live on a lake in a houseboat year round.

I have a friend who is giving up boating because of heath reasons His boat is older but nice it is at KY dam Marina. I think it is listed through Kentuckiana
It is a 1987 50 name Dock Dog and he very seldom took it out.

Yo SGM, I ain't gonna live on the thing! I'm gonna take a equity loan on the house trailer, and buy the boat so the mother in law has somewhere to stay. I need to free up her room in the trailer for my fishing rods.
