    Salamonie help?????

    Never been there before and thinking about heading up that way. Anyone have any feedback about the lake or what works best up that way.

    Haven't been there myself even though I live fairly close by. I know many people that damaged their prop and skeg because of the many shallow areas with big rocks. Becareful!

    I would stay in the main part if it were me. Down by the dam its 55 to 60 feet deep. Pay attention to the bouys that show shallow water Around some of the islands on the east end the water level moves around alot and u can sure get into trouble.
