I have a stratos185 and had my dealer put in rod holders when I bought the boat in 03. Holds 10 rods with reels and is easy to load and if I am correct the cost with installation was about $100.

Gentleman I worked for wanted to put a rod storage system in his new Skeeter a couple of years ago. I purchased golf tubes off of Ebay, and he made his own. I forgot all about it until a few weeks ago when I just happen to walk by his boat and saw the rod locker open. He did a very nice job, and spent about 30 bucks total.
I checked Ebay, and sure enough, they are still available, and still cheap.
Easy to make your own, he used a piece of scrap lexan for the front, where the rod tips go into the tube, and built a cradle out of a 1/4" plywood, then carpeted it, or put felt on it. (didn't really pay that much attention)
Looked very nice, and does a nice job of keeping rods seperated.
The Ebay item number for the rod tubes is 270132710953
You can copy/paste that number, or just look for Golf Tubes in the search box.
Good Luck.

Thin walled pvc works well also. Cut a piece of plywood to fit midway into the rod locker, drill holes in it to fit the pvc (1 1/2 to 2"), glue or caulk into place and there you go.
The best one I have found to make cheap is on here but I am not sure if the link works right. You can search and probably find pictures of it.

Another idea is the sleeves. www.storsit.com
I made one for my 295 out of a kitchen cutting board and the golf club tubes. had trouble getting the spinning rods in, but other than that they were awesome.
the rodlocker on my 195 is a little smaller, so i just bought the rod socks and they work just as well. kind of a pain in the rear to put on/remove while fishing tho.
Thanks for the info guys I'll try them.
