well, i did make it down this morning with a buddy of mine. we didn't fish very long, had work to do back here in lexington. been quoting a lot of roofs damaged in the hail storm (if you need an estimate done, give me a call 509-6973).

fish were slow early on, managed one good one that went about 3 lbs. had some engine trouble, so we couldn't get around like i wished i could. not too many boats on the water. temp was around 76 in the early a.m. we left the big ones for everyone else and fished shallow instead, caught bass and crappie.

holler at me, there, george. let's get back down there next week.
