Public Boat Ramps on Cumerland R.

Is there a public boat ramp above Crocus Creek? I was wanting to fish from Crocus Creek toward Winfred Ferry. Has anyone been catching any walleyes on Cumberland River. The bite has slowed considerably from the Dam to Helms.

The walleye bite has become a slow now and then bite. It only comes now in deep pools and then in dusk and dawn situations. I hope this helps. But there are walleyes.
