I have used some of the commercial deer scent products to some success.. By that I mean the descent stuff that is supposed to keep your scent from getting into the air.. It does not mask as much as change the chemical structure.. ALSO I bought a small device that I plug into my lighter that puts negative ions into the air.. that knocks the smell down inside the car.
