Grass on Beaver

Did they spray the grass? It was terrible in May.

There was some spraying done. The main fact being that this grass dies back in June as I understand from water temp. and oxygen levels. I can also tell you from living here on Beaver that when we had the grass carp and no grass the fishing was terrible,now with the grass it had improved a great deal. My point being ,learn to fish in and around the grass early in the year and there are some very nice bass,bluegill,shellcrackers and crappie to be caught here. Enjoy the holidays all and be safe on the water .

I'm with you C&Y...i like what the grass has done to this lake. It's a blast in the Spring for sure..
