I recently started to grill my fish fillets. I just warp them in aluminum foil and throw them on the gas grill outside. In about 25 minutes they are ready to eat.
I cooked them on low heat setting one time last week and then on the high setting today. I think that they are better when cooked so that they are browned a bit.
I just added some butter to the fillets and salt and pepper them before wrapping them up in the foil. I added some lemon juice after they were finished.
I had fresh crappie for lunch. I caught these crappie three or four days ago.
I like fish breaded and deep fried but this grilling method is quick and there is less mess to clean up.
