Here is a nice impromptu panfish recipe that is a nice alternative to frying or grilling -- fillets steamed in foil on the grill. Fresh bluegills, a little white wine and chicken broth poured over, snip some fresh chives and a finely chopped roma tomato. Steam in a foil packet on the grill. Oh, my gosh!
