Nolin report?

Goin down this coming weekend any info is very appreciated. We have been striking out the last few times down. Will be fishing around Iberia and Dog Creek.

Last time I went I caught fish on a Watermelon Jig-n-pig combo with a trailer in the same color, and a # 5 shadrap in Shad color. Right now I'd be fishing deep around 12 to 15 feet looking to catch them on either a jig or a Senko worm in red Shad color. Crank baits are always working for me it seems, they will catch about 7 different types of fish at Nolin....From Crappie, Bass, Bluegill to Walleye....We throw them shallow and bring them back to the boat...So there ain't no special place I fish, just throw them and enjoy what you catch...... John..went down saturday..if you can dodge the pleasure boats..there are fish to be caught...I fished from 2 till around 7..caught 12.....5 keepers...biggest was around 3 1/2..all caught in 12-15 feet of water and every fish caught on a brush hog..watermelon candy...they were really eating the thing....good luck..let us know how you do

1\2 oz watermelon chompers football head with half a watermelon candy brush hog...take some icy hot if i caught one i caught 75 on it with a few in the 3lb range..watch the pleasure boaters almost got hit 2 times between dog and rock,they are watching their kids ride the tube and not where they are going and you will have them run over your spots may times,enjoy the scenery
