Elk Hunting in Kentucky

I am looking for some of the old Elk Hunting permits from KY. I am trying to find one from the original hunt in 1997-98, but would be interested in finding any of them. Also does anyone know how many permits were issued that first year?

Oops looks like the first hunt was in 2001 and there were 12 permits. Anyway if anyone has one or knows anyone who does please let me know.
