Cumberland Stripers

New to the board, wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm a big creek fisherman, but if its fishing i will do it. I love catching striper, hybrids, and whites. i got hooked on muskie last year as well. really i just enjoy being in/on the water and feelin a tug on the other end. no boats makes it harder to hit all the places i would like, but i have a good time anyways.

Will be out on Cumberland this monday and was just wondering if anyone has been gettin into them? how deep are they? Are you catching any numbers, any size? any info appreciated. thanks guys, look forward to talking more.

Haven't been down since the first week of June, so don't have a report. As far as numbers, this really isn't the time of year for numbers. Stripers do not survive catch and release this time of year so you are better off catching your two and then fishing for something else.

yea i understand that. there are 3 of us going and i would really just be happy with 3 fish total. i guess 6 would be ok too. but i'm getting excited, its been a few months since i was down there last and we caught 5 between the 3 of us then.
