New and Looking for a spot

Hi all,

I live in Louisville's east end and I am pretty new out here and looking for some help.

I am looking to go fishing but do not want to travel too far if I can avoid it. Live bait or jigs are fine, bass, crappie, cats and carp would be great.

If someone knows of a good spot I can get to and enjoy my time there, I would be greatly appreciative for the info.
