    Re: Thank's For Nothing

To everyone that read this post I am truly SORRY for the remarks that I've made they were uncalled for. I normally do plan ahead, however I had a pacemaker put in on tuesday and know way figured I would be out fishing this weekend. However when may 9y/o asked me to take him and a friend out fishing,I knew we couldn't take the boat so I was at a loss. All I had on my mind was spending time with my boy that did not inclued a video game and him wanting to do something that dad enjoyed.Again I am Sooooooo Sorry.

We did get to go,I drove out toward lincoln county and found an old pond in a field so stopped and told the lady who owned it the story and asked if we could fish. She was kind enough to let us. We only stayed about two hrs.for that was all I could stand. They caught about a dozen gills and had a blast while I untangled lines and baited hooks. He asked this morning if he could start fishing with me when I get better.Oh what a question!!!

Good to hear you got out. Man, you gotta be careful getting out in this heat while in the healing stage. Take care...

    riverdog...

Dude, everyone has jumped on you enough, so I won't pile on. I will however stand up for all the people on the board. Heck, I've even argued with many of them, fought tooth and nail, yet they and I both have then turned around and tried to help each other out. I didn't see your post, but have noticed you live in Eastern KY. If you are ever over here in WEstern KY, drop another note, or email me, and I'll suggest some bays and spots I fish on Barkley and KY Lake.

Please know that health has severly limited my fishing this year, so my information may be a little out of date, but I will try.

BTW, I don't know really what you guys are after, but if you just want to pile in the breem, and it is in late March to early May, I've a great spot for you, or at least it used to be. Crickets were the bait of choice.

Good luck in the future, and glad you got out and did some fishing, and even happier that our Lord allowed your procedure to go as well as it did and allow you to enjoy the wonderful outdoors our Lord as provided.

    God Bless you.

    Danny
