has the matted grass started to show at Monroe

Last year we fished Monroe, it was tuff until we found some matted grass.
We got a couple of bass on frogs.

I know where to go,,,,,, BUT,,,, I don't want to waste time if the grass has not started to float.

Anyone see any grass?

Found some in the usual places about two weeks ago, but it was not as abundant as last year.

Found some grass,,, found a few small mouths. Frogs (Horney Toad) across the weeds, Working worms next to the weed line, and "buzzing" a spinner bait next to a rocky point (early in the day) worked for us.

We got off the water around 11:00 a.m. not a cloud in the sky all day.

Guys it is HOT out there. Don't get into trouble,,, next week it won't be as hot.
